Our small group training programs bring the attention of personal training to a group of 3-6 people. Whether you seek weight loss, strength and conditioning, or SQA we have the program for you! Mobility and functional movement training is included.
Small group training also caters to the social aspect of wellness. Bring your crew and come have fun while getting fit together!
This service is offered to combat time and financial restraints. Clients will meet with their trainer at the gym for weekly check-ins, but have more flexibility to complete workouts on THEIR TIME!

Personal training services are available for one-on-one sessions. We offer several personal training options to fit your schedule. You will receive fitness assessments, progress tracking, one-on-one training sessions, nutrition guidance, and so much more!
